Our stay at Hotel Centro was a pleasant experience. The location was perfect, within walking distance of many tourist sites and close to a Metro station. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to explore the city on foot and easily access public transportation. The breakfast provided a good variety of options and we appreciated being able to go back for seconds. The hotel room was comfortable and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping and amenities like a mini fridge and air conditioning. We felt safe walking around the area at night due to the presence of other tourists. The staff we interacted with were polite and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. we would recommend Hotel Centro for its great location, value for money, and pleasant experience.

Location and attention in reception. Great breakfasts.
Lack of paint walls in the rooms. Stairs to access the elevators

The hotel's location was perfect, being close to the main train station and within walking distance of all major tourist attractions. It was also conveniently situated near shops and restaurants. The hotel was clean and had all the necessary facilities. The breakfast provided was great and the staff was extremely helpful and attentive.
Could not be improved in any way.

Nice location near metro station, friendly staff (but unfortunately not all of them). Relatively large rooms.
The terms of hygiene needs improvement. For 120 euro per day we expected more benefits and better cleaning.

The hotel was centrally located for our visit, very clean and secure. The staff were good at their job, very helpful, courteous, friendly and spoke good English. I have no hesitation in returning to this hotel or recommending it to someone else.
There was nothing I disliked. The breakfast could be improved with some hot food but that is just my opinion.

This hotel has a prime location in the city center, making it easy to explore Rome's attractions. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with the added bonus of some rooms having balconies. The breakfast spread includes traditional Italian products, giving guests a taste of local cuisine.
No major issues, everything was up to par.

I liked the location of the hotel, the staff was really polite and helpful
I didn't quite like the size of the room, it was a little bit small. And we would like the twin room, but it was double. And in spite of the fact that when arriving at the hotel we paid cash for the whole stay at the hotel some amount of money was withdrawn from our credit card and we still waiting it back.

The hotel is perfectly situated in a lively area with plenty of places to eat and surrounded by shops. Its location in the center of Rome allows for easy access to all attractions. The rooms are clean and of a good size, offering a comfortable stay. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast selection is good, and the free WiFi is reliable.
One minor drawback is the lack of a kettle in the room, which may inconvenience some guests who enjoy a late night cuppa before bed.

Staff friendly, spoke English and after checking out we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel until we left in the evening. Breakfast was decent. Our room,a quadruple No.106,was a good size with equally good bathroom.Excellent location and felt perfectly safe at night.
In all honesty there is nothing that I did not like about this hotel. Ok, it may have needed a lick of paint here and there but quite frankly that would be nitpicking.

every day they changed the towels its to much i think every 2 days for a 3 star hotel is enough , very clean and friendly an directly in the centre you can do everything by walk
the computer for use internet is terrible it work so slowly bring your own pc with you ! the television has only italian channels and it says in the info satelit ? also it looks like it has a roof terrace , but this terrace is together with a room ! the hotel bar was clossed !

The hotel had a fantastic location, within walking distance of all the major attractions in Rome. We were able to explore the city on foot and only needed transportation to and from the airport. The hotel was also conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to travel to other areas of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing.
The cost of local restaurants in the area was a bit pricey, but there were plenty of nearby options like McDonald's and a local supermarket for more affordable meals.

Good location. For the price I was happy with the hotel and thought that it was value for money. It's close to the airport shuttle bus stop at Termini station but not too close, so you are far enough away from the station area which is considered to be a bit seedy. It's also close to the tour bus stops just past the Piazza Republica. It was also quiet.
Breakfast not great and beds not that comfortable but after a day's walking around Rome you sleep well anyway!
